It also is not a commonly hiked trail, so chances are, you’ll have the trail to yourself.Īt the beginning of the hike, it seems like you’re walking away from the red rocks but give it some time. There is a narrow slot canyon that is fun to walk through and at the beginning, you can climb to the top of the domes for some beautiful views of the park, especially at sunset. To walk down the steep part of the hike, start the hike by going clockwise. It is about a one-mile hike but there are some mild changes in elevation.
